As communities around the world are coming to terms with Coronavirus (COVID-19), I wanted to update you on what steps we are taking and what we are doing to keep people safe and healthy. Our number one priority is the safety of our customers, employees and their families. At Fjord Benelux, we are following strict hygiene protocols that have been reinforced in line with the latest World Health Organisation and our national RIVM guidelines.
We are operating a strict hand-washing and sanitizing policy, and we refrain from handshaking to minimise any skin to skin contact in our office, which we hope you understand and support us in taking these measures. Team members who are worried they have symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19) stay at home in line with the latest guidelines and we are following the Government’s and RIVM's current directives.
We are closely monitoring the situation to make sure we are taking all precautions so that we can protect our customers and colleagues alike. Our office remain open for business albeit we are working on appointment base only for your and our safety. This way we can remain the important 1.5meter social distance. As you can appreciate, although we are managing the situation, there are at this point no delays in yacht deliveries, however please be assured that we are doing everything we can to minimise risk, keep everyone safe and at the same time still provide the very best customer service possible in these very challenging times.
